[Year 12 IT Apps] Excel help

Dear all Excel experts,

I'm just teaching myself Vlookup and was going really well, until I came to just one cell that won't do it. I have attached the offending file. If any Excel experts have a chance to look at it, could you tell my why the vlookup in C7 doesn't work?
