A nice macro exercise is to increment a number eg An invoice number
Start with a number in a cell
copy and paste it next door ( or anywhere )
Write a formula below it, EG =B2 + 1. Press enter
Copy this cell, but paste special, value back into the original cell.
Clear the temporary working cells.

Each time you execute the macro, you number increments.
You could incorporate this macro to clear the old data ready for a new
customer.

Another interesting increment is when you have A100. You could fill it
down, then copy the last number back into th efirst cell and delete the
last cell.
