we have 36 wanting to do year 9 multimedia and 2 full programming classes in=
yr 10 plus one general IT in year 10, we have 1 class of 19 students for yr=
11. but we have lost VET IT 1/2/3/4. but the yr 10 & 9 groups are a lot la=
rger.

same here, no IT 1/2, 4 in ITA
After no IPM and 4 in IT 1/2 this year.
Only 1 from 11 IT 1/2 this year has continued into ITA!
But full class (21) in Yr 10 Multimedia elective and at least 6 in Yr 10 pro=
gramming elective, purely practical classes, very little theory.
Seems VCE IT holds no interest for girls.

Have schools seen an increase in Students enrolling in Information technolog=
y courses for next year?(
I would also be interested to know what region you are in I.E western subs a=
s I have heard that some areas are doing better then others.
I'll start I have 3 IT Applications classes
1 software development
2 or 3 year 11 IT classes
And I am in the western suburbs
