Ideas for methods for kids to prepare onscreen documentation for ITA U4O1?

So far I've thought of:

- web pages
- Flash
- kiosk-mode slideshow
- Windows Help file
- a custom Visual Basic program

I'm teetering on the edge of accepting a Word or PDF document... they
are technically 'onscreen', but are really meant to be printed.

I briefly thought of "screen cam" type production (watch the smart guy's
screen and listen to the voice-over) but that's really more a training
tool than documentation or reference. And it's not searchable or
user-controllable beyond fast-forward and rewind :-) What do
others think?
