[Year 12 IPM] OT:a cry (or a yell) for help

I am sorry for putting this on the list but I am at the desperate stage.  We have a lexmark C720 colour printer that I am trying to print a logo on an envelope for (It is for a year 12 Vis Com student who has to complete their SAT by today.)

Does anyone have any idea
