[Year 12 IPM] [OT] Video editors

Anyone know of a basic freeware / open source video editor?  MS 
Moviemaker does not allow the saving of source clips on network drives, 
and our hard disks are protected so kids can't expect their 
%userprofile% folder to survive a reboot.
