[Year 12 IPM] Re: IT/IP&M combined class: top v bottom posting

I thought we had an agreement last year to stick to top posting, ie the 
latest message is the first you see at the top of the email. So could we 
please stick with that agreement so as not to confuse more people than we 
need to J
