[Year 12 IPM] Study Scores

Hi Geraldine,
 
   The full report of scaling for 2005 is at http://www.vtac.edu.au/pdf/2005_scaling_report.pdf
 This shows IPM scores of 40, 45 and 50 are scaled to 37, 43 and 50 respectively. 
  More generally, it covers all subjects and all scaling at all score levels except smaller studies.
  Check out a score of 50 for Latin == > gives you 55 as does Specialist Maths.
    Unfortunately all IT ( IPM, Systems and VET IT ) are scaled down. 
   Anyone want to discuss further ??

Could somebody please help me in answering a question I had from a student
this week. In IP&M, if the study score is over 40 is it still scaled down??
