Hi Mark and colleagues

I will attempt to provide a definition of each term - but, remember they
are not the definitive answers!

Aggregated information relates to the total bank of information about a
topic/event etc. I view it as accumulated information rather than
information relating to a specific period of time. On my quick scan of
the Internet, it is certainly a term used when talking about information
privacy; aggregated (accumulated) information is all of the information
held on you.

Detailed information is usually presented in an item-by-item form and
it's typically used to make operational decisions, hence its reporting
period is relatively brief, for example, daily sales of an item over a 7
day period.

Hope this helps a little.

Regards

Paula
