[Year 12 IPM] OT - cheaper EWB alternatives

Once again I am reminded how generous and co-operative the IT teachers
community is.
My simple request at the beginning of the day produced lots of useful
feedback (and some interesting discussion) and some invitations to visit
schools, and I will take up some of those offers!
