Mark I agree.
Also Australia does not have a fair use policy this is what allows the
Americans to make copies of there cd's to a digital device or cd. We
don't have this law so just the initial ripping of the cd is illegal the
rest increases the level of illegality (for want of a better term).

Hi Stella.  Yes, it means (d) but another part of the copyright law 
definitely means (b).  The question does refer to "Sheena's use of the 
file on her website" but she first broke the law by converting it to 
MP3.  She couldn't have done <D> without first doing <B>.

So there are TWO right answers, AFAIAC, and I would expect VCAA to 
accept either.  (In Q5 I would expect them to accept any answer from A 
to Z!)

If we need to split hairs like this, it's the sign of another dog of a 
question.  Surely this stuff doesn't plague other VCE exams.  Does 
anyone know of such SNAFUs in other studies?
