Re MC Question 4

here are my thoughts ..

A not-for-profit charity with three stores wants to improve the
quality and consistency of its reports

Answers C or D which refer to templates would obviously improve the
consistency of its reports

C - Buy a computer for each store and set up a report template - As
it is a not-for-profit charity could they afford this option?
Having a template would ensure consistency - not sure about the
quality, as quality of information would depend on issues such as
accuracy, completeness (a computer does not necessarily give us
quality), though could assist, depending on the layout of the
template, with clarity and useability of the product

D - Design a report template and ask each store to fill in the
blanks
by hand would also ensure consistency - Again not sure how that will
effect the quality ....

Could justify both choices

Think I am leaning towards C, but the answer could well be D - who
knows!!!!
