[Year 12 IPM] photo conversion question

I'm pretty sure Paint Shop Pro 8 will do a bulk conversion. No doubt
other Imaging Processing packages do as well.

In our school the reporting package shows student photos.  Last year the
photos were jpg format, this year we a have a disc with 900+ photos in
bmp format which do not show up in the reporting program.
 
My question, is there a way to covert the 900+ bmp to jpg in a bulk
rather than individually.
