[Design and Technology] SAC time allowances

Yes, all the SACs done online/home schooling were considered formative at our school. So, we are doing our written SAC later in the term under normal test conditions and in our 70 minute class time. Much like Felicity – we are doing it as we usually do!

Hi maryanne,
I think you can do whatever you like- shorten it if you feel you need to- but it is not formative. It needs to be assessed as it always has.

Hi all.
My unit 3 SAC 2  is going to be on 1/6
Are we still advised to shorten the SAC even though we will be back in the classroom.
Will the SAC still be formative?
What are others doing?
I dont want to disadvantage my students any more than they already are!
