[Design and Technology] performance descriptors for the SACS

Hi everyone, can any one remind me where I can find the performance descriptors for the SACs. I have got them from my past years but I cant remember where they came from. I had a feeling they were published in the VCAA bulletin but I haven't seen them for the SACs for a few years.
