Hi Dean and all
Just to remind you that the current study was extended to go from 2012 to 2017. The changes will be for 2018. And yes, the text book will be updated. Much has changed since it was written in 2011.
Be sure to read the draft of the new study carefully and give your feedback online.

The changes for next year are no SAT portfolio. More emphasis on productions.
Yes u need the new text due out Sept/Oct as they are totally different chapter names & if they have 2 diff texts how are u going to get the same recipe/page. Students will b very confused.

Is there a new addition of the textbook for 2017?
The changes to the study design are only minor, I am wondering if there is a need for students to buy the new textbook?

Jo,

They still appeared on my booklists which came directly from our college organiser at my school. I know there are some minor changes to the study design from unit 1-4 as per the emails the other week.

I wonder if the study design changes are reflective in the text and workbooks for 2017?
