Dear colleague

The Course in Safe Use of Machinery for Technology Teaching is currently going through a reaccreditation process.
As part of the reaccreditation process, it is necessary to collect data from those the course is designed for (i.e. technology teachers, specifically in the wood/metal areas), to determine the importance they place on the skills and knowledge to be covered in such a course. Attached is a survey to rate listed skills and knowledge; there is also a space for teachers to write in any skills and knowledge they consider critical or very important. In addition, you may wish to make general comments.
Please note that this is not an evaluation of the course you may have already done; rather it is to determine what you think is most/least important in terms of the listed skills and knowledge.

Once you've completed the survey, please return it to Beverly Adams at adams.beverly.j at edumail.vic.gov.au<mailto:adams.beverly.j at edumail.vic.gov.au>

Your participation in this survey will be greatly appreciated.
Regards, Lorraine.
