[Design and Technology] AWT Machinery poor back up service

I recently bought machinery including a Carba-Tec doweling/mortising machine
from AWT Machinery in Airport West and found that they just sold machinery
but knew very little about it.  The chuck on the machine was unusual and I
couldn't work out how to put the drill bit in and the company that sold me
the machine didn't have a clue - happy to take the money but dumped the
machinery and ran.  I want to buy more machinery but never again from AWT
Machinery.  Which companies have people had a good experience with ?  Robin
