Good article for Unit 1 Design and Technology in The Age on page 7 on
Wednesday (24 January): Designers claim plagiarism as tempers fray in
rag trade. 'Tempers are fraying in Melbourne's rag trade, with local
fashion house Rosemin accusing rival chain Gasp of plagiarising a number
of its dress designs.' Rosemin's lawyers 'are having a number of its
registered designs examined by IP Australia, the Federal Government
agency responsible for administering design rights.' (Source: The Age,
