Hello Sylvia - how are you?

I shared this document
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ro2c9y77SYwGCPvXLMof4A-iPLAJGJXSmhHngBZGfG8/edit#heading=h.vgb2te8ohgxi>earlier
- you can use it if you find it helpful. You can do whatever you like with
it. It's an outline of the Criteria, just 1 - 5 and page
numbers referencing the textbook.

*What we are doing is:*

1. Students have the above document.

2. They download a GoogleDoc that I set up with headings for each criteria
and they will use that as their foundation - all their ideas, questions,
resources, links to articles, etc. will be entered in to it so I can track
the time they are spending on tasks and how they are progressing - I'm
entering comments in and prompting them with questions to help them with
their creative thinking skills, etc. They also enter screen shots of their
Gantt Chart under Criterion 2 and/or links to their chart via their GDrive.

3. They also have a copy of the SAT document from VCAA which includes the
Criteria 1 -10.

4. They have a personalised Authentication Form, that I converted into a
GoogleDoc, where I sign off electronically to enter the date/comment that I
observed their responses according to the observation time planned. The
students can also initial it.

I'm using ZOOM, but only Audio and screen sharing so I can refer to
specific parts of the criteria and discuss them and any individual
interaction is via email and kept in a "lockdown" folder so I can refer to
it later if needed.

Let me know if I have forgotten anything or not handling anything as I
should. At this stage it's working, but I'm on edge in case something
doesn't go to plan.

Take good care of yourself,
Litsa 🌻
