Do what you need to to get through it.  Put it this way, when they asked for my SAC1 un U301 – I had to change it to meet their guidelines.  It is not worth being too honest.  Just give them what they want, nothing extra.  Attached is what I sent to them for SAC1, based on DLTV, but changed.  You can see that it mimics the DLTV, they were happy with this.

I felt like I was having a nervous breakdown first semester, I almost walked away from teaching.  Hang in there.

I am being audited. Audited hard! Almost into nonexistence.

I will seek out the DLTV resource and draw on it. I won’t use it as is – thanks for the wise words and advice ☺

I went to the DLTV PD and yes they said it was complaint.  However, it is now sitting on DigiPubs therefore in a public domain.  They did not encourage us to use this, but rather use it as a model for writing your own.

Guess it depends on whether you are being audited or not, I guess this will determine whether you will use it.

Careful with the QAT SAC, I've been told by people high up that it is not compliant. Apparently the DLTV one is.
