[Informatics] RIP MP3

Not debating the quality of mp3, but it's just a free format now, no need
for licensing. Journalists can be very persuasive even if they are
incorrect.

libMAD and LAME are still around, it's not like the patent holder had some
magical key they are taking away that prevents new products from decoding
mp3s...
