[Informatics] Examiners' report is available

Hi All

it is always nice when someone spots the release of the report…

It would be very nice if there was a deadline for the Board to approve reports — Say Feb 10th of the year following the exam

It is not as if the report has not been written - most are written as part of the windup for the exam marking - then it is all over and done with.
Then they need to be approved….

A deadline would be helpful. After all we all have to submit to the deadlines of the exams, SATs entry , SACs entry etc.

I know that I start the students preparing for the exam in Jumpstart and then through Feb Mar, etc we do practise questions and compile flash cards, quizzes etc etc

Prior to the institution of Mark's dog’s brekky award and exam post mortems I was never certain that I had nailed the exam myself - especially if I was not involved in marking it.

So if VCAA adhered to deadlines like we have to adhere then it would all be so much easier

Andrew

All teachers are expected to sign up to the VCAA bulletin, and the VCAA has also made that clear at all VCE leaders briefings. Reports will be published once complete, no report in any subject is announced.
