To clarify, I was suggesting that units 1&2 need not be taught at all.
One could just offer Unit 3+4 Info and SD on alternate years.

In my teaching career I rarely met a year 11 student who could handle IT
units 1+2, but not Info or SD.
The KK and KS are nearly identical.
