[Informatics] MMOS and WIX

The requirements list does not include the ability to produce HTML pages,
does it? In fact, web pages are never mentioned.

The chosen software needs to be able to produce a solution that is (1)
multimodal and (2) able to be viewed online.
Powerpoint can do that, the Alt tags bit too.
(Caveat: to get proper navigation happening in PPT, you'd want to create
the solution in kiosk mode rather than the
strictly-sequential default slideshow mode.)

I'm not saying PPT is the *best* tool - a web site is probably more logical
and convenient - but alternatives *are* possible.
If VCAA wanted a website, they would have said "produce a website that...".
But they *didn't*.

Regards,
Mark
