Dear Scott

After 2-3 design ideas followed by evaluation of design.
I got my students to list the full specifications ( Functional, non-functional and appearance)

Then needed represent minimum 3 pages of detailed design( of the chosen design) using the full specifications. For example: Appearance - alignment, students need to show evidence of alignment between text and image on a particular page( annotations accepted)

Hope this could assist you.
Thanks
Sid

Subject: [Informatics] Detailed design for MMOS (criteria 5)

Hi everyone,

Just a quick question about the folio and designs.

After the students generate their design ideas (mock ups) and then choose one to develop, would you expect to see a refined and updated design of the chosen solution or just a "report" type document that is detailing 'how' they are going to implement the design principles and tools (from the latter parts of criteria 5) to develop the solution?

I just have some students wondering if they have to do three mock ups, and then after choosing one, do another more detailed drawing or visual representation of how the design will look.

Thought please?
