Dear Lorraine,

Thank you for your advice in approaching teachers in Secondary Schools
with Agricultural Departments.

We have been breeding Australian Lowline Cattle for more than 10 years &
have a stud in Central Vic near Kyneton. Because of drought & change of
direction for family reasons we are in the process of dispersing our
breeding herd. We have 14 cows & heifers in calf or with calves at foot
& 5 junior heifers, all registered stud animals still available.

Recently we have supplied two NSW High schools with some Lowline heifers
& cows for use by their Ag departments at realistic package prices &
wonder whether there are Vic. Secondary Schools that we could also help.
We & our breed Association are very supportive of young people
interested in being involved with cattle & will continue to provide
support & assistance to schools with which we are involved.

The Australian Lowline Cattle Association website is:
http://lowline.une.edu.au <http://lowline.une.edu.au/> and has a youth
page which shows some of the opportunities we can help young people
with,

Kind regards,

Ann Rowe,

Yerrinbank Lowline Stud
