Am attaching with this email a zipped file which contains a Net project
and an explanatory Word document.  This project isn't intended for any
practical use, but can be used to show students how to create buttons at
run-time, how to give them a shape other than the standard rectangular,
how to attach event handlers, put them in collections and handle them as
a group or individually, etc.  It also shows how to create shaped forms.
