[Yr7-10it] Textbook + Programming for year 9

Now, we mainly use the NCSS Challenge material from
www.GrokLearning.com
but prior to that my students used to work from
http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Non-Programmer%27s_Tutorial_for_Python_3/Hello,_World

with some engagement.

At the time, most of the online tutorials were still for Python 2, but I
would hope there is more out there now for Python 3.
