I am teaching a year 10 Games programming unit next year for the first time. 

Does anyone use a student text for Game Maker or are the inline tutorials sufficient?

Last year I attended a great PD you ran on Gamemaker for Beginners at Westhall SC. I believe Tony Foster was there also. 
We each received a set of notes. 

I am a CRT who regularly teaches some grade 5/6 students who are quite "into" computers. I've told them about gamemaker and promised to put some stuff together for them. 

Are the notes we received at your PD copyright protected, or am I able to photocopy them for some of these kids? I know there's heaps of stuff in the archives on edulists which I plan on searching through also.
