<html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html charset=us-ascii"></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space;">Hi Everyone<br><br>Digital Learning and Teaching Victoria (DLTV), combines ICT in Education Victoria (ICTEV) and the Victorian Information Technology Association (VITTA).<br><br>DLTV is pleased to present a professional development program for VCE IT, VET ICT & VCE VET IDM educators.<br><br>The program will include information and advice from the VCAA about how to interpret and comply with curriculum and assessment requirements, as well as practical advice and information from experienced teachers and IT practitioners.<br><br>Some features of the day are workshop sessions for Units 1 and 2, IT Apps and Software Development that explore topics such as semester planning, useful resources, techniques for developing fair and challenging assessment tasks, and teaching and learning activities.<br><br>Specific VET content sessions will include workplace environmental practices (VET ICT), IT industry links and an industry case study ? logo development project (VET IDM).<br><br>The sessions for VET ICT will offer an update on preparing scored coursework tasks and an industry case study on environmentally sustainable work practices within the IT industry.
