change &nbsp;ie: &nbsp;swapped for another competency that gets general

dictates that VET Cert III includes scripting, then there should be acceptance
on both sides quite easily, as it must be a pain for the VCAA as well.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:navy'>If there was any reluctance, then we need
to know the mechanism for getting it changed, as I would think even the VCAA
has to take advice in relation to Training Packages.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

Webpage&#8217;s to introduce the concept of scripting/coding, although its a
mark up language, to satisfy (limited )interactivity in multimedia (hyperlinks
etc). and because the Training Package lets you have this possibility &#8211;a
&nbsp;&#8220;Group B&#8221; change, it agrees with it also, something that
cannot objected to.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
