once again apologies for cross posts!<br>

PixelEd (the VET Multimedia Teachers Association-we are a not for
profit organisation run voluntarily by practicing teachers) is holding
a PD session on Actionscripting.<br>
Although of primary interest to VET MM teachers, it could be useful for
the new Year 11 IT course and other classes using Flash and wanting to
get into scripting.<br>

EXPLORE ACTIONSCRIPT PD<br>
<font color="#000000" face="Times New Roman, Times, serif" size="2">The
aim of the session is to provide you with a clear structure on which<br>
to ground your future exploration of Actionscript. After explaining the<br>
key concepts unifying Actionscript, the session will cover the most<br>
fundamental scripting structures of Flash Actionscript - its grammar -<br>
including:<br>
<br>
* Objects,<br>
* Classes,<br>
* Variables,<br>
* Properties,<br>
* Control structures,<br>
* Operators &<br>
* Functions.<br>
It will also highlight some of the most common terms in Actionscript -<br>
the core vocabulary - including:<br>
* Movieclip types and properties,<br>
* Common functions,<br>
As well as:<br>
* Extending Actionscript, &<br>
* Looking for help.<br>
