If you do web development for a living, you'll know tables are out, CSS<BR>
positioning and the box model is in.<BR>
However for cert3 students this stuff is quite advanced, so I still<BR>
recommend teaching the traditional tables method for laying out pages,<BR>
and show them CSS for simple text/colour/etc formatting.<BR>
