[vet-mm] Athletics & Swimming Sports

Hi,

I apologise in advance as I know this isn't a IDM question but I think you
may be a good forum for this Q.

My school does Athletics and Swimming Sports carnivals mostly paper based. 

I'm looking for someone/school who has taken up this challenge with
technology, and come through the other side.
