[vet-mm] Skip codes

Skip codes below also all available from VCAA at
http://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/Pages/vet/programs/multimedia/exams.aspx in the
instructions section for each year.

2004: Type ³QM² together then type ³pass²
 
2005: Type ³zyp² together then type ³skip²
 
2006: Type ³qcp² together then type ³skip²
 
2007: Type ³QXP   ² together then type ³skip²
 
2008: Type ³ZWP² together then type ³skippy²
 
Start code for 2004 to 2007 exams is ³start².
 
Start code for 2008 exam is ³peanut² (or could be ³peanuts²)
 
2009 Type ³pqx² together then type ³skipping²
 
2010: Type ³CQO² together then type ³skipper²
 
2011 Press the following keys together "VQU" then type skippy
 
2012 Press the following keys together "ABP" then type kipper
 
2013 Press the following keys together "vqo" then type jump
