[vet-mm] Top Designs

Hi folks,

Just to let you know that applications for this year's Top Designs have
opened.

Students must have received an A or A+ for their work, and it is the
student, who actually enters their work. 

It's important the application has the students home (or December) contact
details as they will no longer be at school when judging/shortlisting
occurs.

Also note that each application (even if one student is entering multiple
pieces or one school has a number of applicants) must be on a separate disk
and have its own entry form.
