[vet-mm] The pixar story

I'm not teaching VET this year but I used it with year 10's. 
I thought it was useful. I'd play it in sections - one section is on John Lasseter, another on Ed Catmul, another on Toy Story.
I've attached my notes - I'd like corrections thanks - especially the introduction which has a number of animations I don't know.
I also used the 'Life of a shot' from the Wall-E 2 disc set which I've included my notes as well - I blanked out areas for students to fill in.
