[vet-mm] Web design for the younger ones...

Hi James

whilst not designed for juniors....exe editor an opensource gui  
originally developed in uk would be a good app for juniors as it  
enables them to build from office skills while writing reasonably  
clean code...just punch exe project into google and it also has a self  
run version perfect as a portable app.
