Hi Katherin,

I just purchased a copy of Roxio MyDVD 10 via their web site to use with the YR11 IDM class as we are making an interactive DVD to go with a music CD the school bands are recording. It only cost about US$50 and is a suite of programs for assembling movies, burning CDs and DVDs, etc. I chose it in preference to the others because of its ability to smoothly create several layers of menu. Most of the others could only do the standard ply movie and scene selection. I would highly recommend it for the price.

Good luck,

Brian Pearce
CLC.

Subject: [vet-mm] Yr 12 media student needs help

Hi All,
This my first query, I'm not teaching vet MM, as you can see below. Hope you can help me.

A year 12 Media student is trying to make his movie. He wants to know of a Windows based program that he can buy that the school could also purchase. He needs a program which the teacher can see him working on at school and one that is also affordable for him, so that he can put the huge amounts of time in at home. All he has is Movie maker!
The school has a few iMacs but the student wants a program he can use at home.

Kind regards
