[vet-mm] transition ppt

Hi Folks,
Luke from Assumption College has taken the summary material prepared by 
PixelEd for the presentation Marian Stoney and I gave at VITTA 
conference (thanks esp. to Michelle Dennis)
Luke created a powerpoint he used with his transition class.
Whilst I hope noone is still taking transition classes, here it is as a 
guide for others.
I like Luke's idea of doing preliminary OHS material over the holidays.
