Welcome Andrew,
There is actually not much that is aimed specifically at this subject.
I'm sure we all use a wide variety of websites, books etc.

Can I suggest you check out the mailing list archives?
http://www.edulists.com.au/ and click on archives

Also some of the material that have been shared with the list are on the resource page-
http://www.edulists.com.au/ click on the VET MM link of the "tree"

PixelEd, in conjunction with VITTA is running a couple of PD during May, both suitable for developing skills and resources suitable for Cert 3. See http://www.vitta.org.au/events/

I'm sure you have, but in case not, check VCAA for past exams, bulletins and examiners reports
http://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/vet/programs/multimedia/multimedia.html

In the meantime if you have specific questions about particular units, feel free to ask.
Regards
Claire Bloom
Warrandyte High
