Hi Peter,
I can't see a link to MM either! Any hints, Jimmy?

Another good resource I've come across lately is some books from NZ. (they have an office in South Aust)
They have a similar (but not identical) MM-type course and their books are pitched at a good level. Unfortunately they don't line up exactly with our requirements but they are not too bad.
