Thanks for that link Paul.

Interesting but I couldn't find anything specific? Have I missed it?

Anyone with more insight what "redeveloping and improving existing 
units" has meant? Did the review recommend radical changes to units?

 I wonder what "the new Training Package... will comprise broader and 
more flexible qualifications and skill sets" actually means?
Some of us teaching VET in the VCE dread those words "broader and more 
flexible", when it comes to scored assessment based on an exam.
