[vet-mm] video conversion

Mario - I did this but am currently far from satisfied with the
quality::file-size ratio of the result.
(Look at Photo page of 3in6 website, second example).

What I hope to eventually achieve is beautiful quality gentle
transitions from jpg to jpg in an embedded swf format html.
Many of the travel sites do this, but I can't!
Any advice?
