<FONT COLOR="#000000">VITTA are discussing offering a discreet VET day in 2008, run on a different day to the VCE day. This year (9/3) they were run together.</FONT>
<FONT COLOR="#000000">The idea is to run a full day's PD, probably in early March,roughly structured as follows:</FONT>
<FONT COLOR="#000000">AM - VET for newbies: what, how, why, support, problems etc.</FONT>
<FONT COLOR="#000000">AM - VET assessments: Darrel Sutton from VCAA has indicated his interest in presenting</FONT>
<FONT COLOR="#000000">PM - several concurrent sessions, covering: wikis, competencies, assessment task preparation</FONT>
<FONT COLOR="#000000">We've discussed doing one day in the Western suburbs and one in the Eastern.</FONT>
<FONT COLOR="#000000">Can I get your comments please on:</FONT>
<FONT COLOR="#000000">would you be interested in attending?</FONT>
<FONT COLOR="#000000">what issues would you like covered?</FONT>
<FONT COLOR="#000000">would you prefer one session offered centrally or one in the East and one in the West?</FONT>
