  c) keep up to date virus scanning software, patch OS regularly, install anti spyware software, never emails from unknown sources
 Q16 a) No, an unbranded computer is not to be sold with an OEM OS.
 b) OEM OS does not recognise all hardware and needs manufacturer's drivers.
 c) Can't get legal OEM and no support/warranty on parts.
Q17.a) more directly relevant to her tasks and more quality time with instructor unlike at a group training course
    b) Has the course met your needs. What can be done to improve the course ?
Q18. a) software related
         b) Ask Harry what he needs on the menu.
        c) Online and posters near his desk or help screens on the software.

 Q19. Process 1- Finalise/write/complete documentation. Process 2 - Identify deficiencies in documentation.

 Q20 . Default printer is not selected or configured.

Q21. Other users accessing internet due to little or no security. Viruses and spyware .

Q22. Saves sending multiple emails. Reduces the chance of emails bouncing if beyond mail server limits for size.  Easy to keep files together.

Q 23. a) So PC will not overheat. 
   b) Runs faster
   c) may overheat/melt and not have any warranty honoured.

Q 24. a) tangled cables can cause monitor to fall, power to be cut off or an injury to occur if a heavy item falls on Simon.
  b) Turn desks around, use a cable management tool, place a panel behind Sue'd desk.
   c) Secure items on desks so they don't fall if cable pulled. Place a bar or strip of timber across the back of Sue's computer .....

Hi Kevork,
Thanks, that would be really helpful - I have 2 students doing the
ICA99, 1 doing ICA05 and 13 doing the Cert II all in one class, so it's
a bit overwhelming at times...

 My Yr 12 students are doing the ICA99 course ( Yr 11s and 10s are doing
the ICA05 ) but I will give the 12s this exam and put out some solutions
according to my class asap.
