[Visual Basic] Using Drawing Tools in Visual basic

Ross,

The drawing tools on the toolbar are for creating/editing icons. There are no drawing tools for Windows forms in .NET. You are required to use the wide variety of drawing facilities in the System.Drawing namespace.

Look for help with GDI+. It is very deep and very wide!

  I notice that there are drawing tools on the toolbar of Visual Studio.Net however they aren't highlighted. How does one activate/use these? I want to draw some shapes for a hangman game in Visual Basic using a windows application.
