<FONT FACE="Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:11pt'>The Australian Academy of Design would like to invite textile and technology teachers to attend the “finissage” event of the “Zeitgeist Becomes Form” exhibition, a vintage inspired fashion and accessories runway show on Friday 12th November at 6.00pm at the Australian Academy of Design, 220 Ingles Street, Port Melbourne. The event is part of the Berlin Dayz German-Australian Arts Festival.<BR>

This event will feature an accessories show from the era’s inspired by the photographs on display and will be followed by a student fashion runway event “Fashion in Film”.<BR>

The Academy’s current exhibition “Zeitgeist Becomes Form” featured on the ABC’s Art Nation on Sunday the 31st October. The segment featured Elli Ioannou, fashion photographer and Photomedia Coordinator at the Academy and Gallery Manager, Malcolm Thomson. A link to the programme is below.<BR>
