<div>The answer would be no, as most staff have access to a Deecd provided notebook. (We don't support Vista yet, although the department is starting to roll out laptops with it), and their are plenty of staff-access desktops in the staffroom with staff software loaded onto them.</div>
</div><div>Also with the CRTs & student teachers, we have bought a couple of X-lease R51s with our school settings, office sav etc. so their is really no need to support those crappy consumer class notebooks everyone is buying now-a-days.</div>

If they have already had a notebook issued, we aren't very sympathetic to a request for a personal laptop being setup and supported for our network. If they are unfortunate enough not to have a laptop issued by the department, and they have their own, we offer as much support as we can.<br>
